Mentorship Program

HRMA’s Mentorship Program focuses on providing students with the resources to develop professionally by joining a tight-knit community of like-minded people. Each mentee is strategically paired with a peer mentor who provides their mentee with one-on-one support throughout the duration of the program and beyond. Our group of mentors consists of members of our executive board and students from varying majors who have experience working in HR and utilizing professional skills. 

 

The program takes place over the course of 8 weeks throughout the Fall quarter, where mentees attend weekly professional development workshops on topics ranging from resume building, leveraging LinkedIn, networking, interviewing, and exploring HR functions. Each workshop is followed by a deliverable related to the respective topic, completed with the guidance of their mentor.
