Internship Program

HRMA’s Internship Program allows students to gain hands-on experience of serving on the organization’s executive board, placing an emphasis on leadership and teamwork development. Taking place over 8 weeks from Weeks 2-9 of the Winter quarter, interns shadow one board position throughout the duration of the internship.

 

During the first half of the program, interns complete weekly deliverables assigned by their respective board members, and during the second half, interns represent their board positions in a collaboration with each other to fully organize a club-wide guest speaker event at the end of the quarter.

As an intern, you will join a community of like-minded individuals that share a passion for the human resources industry. Our executive board members are there to guide and support you throughout your undergraduate career at UC Irvine.
