HRMA’s Winter Internship Program allows students to gain hands-on experience serving on the executive board, taking on individual deliverables and working alongside other interns. Each intern will shadow one board position over the course of 8 weeks in the Winter quarter and learn various leadership skills, learning the ins-and-outs of an executive board member’s responsibilities in our organization.

In the first half of the program, interns complete weekly deliverables assigned by their respective board members, and during the second half, interns will collaborate with each other to fully organize a club-wide guest speaker event at the end of the quarter. Our executive board members are there to guide and support the interns throughout their undergraduate career at UC Irvine.
