About the Program

HRMA’s Family System is a year-long program open to all of our general club members, designed to cultivate a supportive community of network “lineage” for personal and professional growth. Participants in the system are paired with a Big, fostering a close-knit relationship throughout the entire year, serving as great friends but also acting as reliable guides. The program ensures that each participant has a mentor who can provide assistance and guidance across various aspects of their personal and professional journey. The program organizes exclusive social meetings based on members' convenience and availability, creating a relaxed yet enriching environment for connection and bonding. Beyond the structured events, participants have the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions and build lasting connections within the HRMA community for years after they graduate.
