HRMA’s Fall Mentorship Program focuses on providing students with resources to develop professionally by pairing each mentee with an experienced mentor. With one-on-one professional support, our mentors consist of previous/current executive board members from varying majors and experiences working in HR. 

 

Over a course of 8 weeks throughout the Fall quarter, mentees will attend weekly professional development workshops on topics ranging from resume building, leveraging LinkedIn, networking, interviewing, and exploring HR functions. Each workshop is followed by a deliverable related to the respective topic, completed with the guidance of their mentor.
